Description
The exhibition brought two new bodies of work together: ›pipes‹ and ›your head is not my prison‹. The ›pipes‹ are free standing wooden tubes painted with acrylic paint. ›Your head is not my prison‹ refers to the history of portraits and are rucked-up paper sheets, which have been lacquered and upholstered. The ‚figures‘ of the pipes in the space and the portraits on the wall were set up in a way to pull the visitors into specific movement in the gallery. In addition there were three different series of drawings ‚hiding‘ in specifically installed cabinets.
Material
Pipes: acrylic paint, wooden tubes
Your head is not my prison: rucked-up paper, acrylic paint, foam, core-board
